Representing two intersecting lines in Twitter's new logo, the letter X for Elon Musk is probably one of the most difficult letters to trademark. But the sensational billionaire chose him. But there is a problem. Similar to this logo has been used many times before elsewhere.

Rachael Dickson, a trademark attorney and founder of Catalytic Law, says on the platform, "There are already 984 registrations in the trademark registry for brands whose only real element is 'X'." said.
