Social media platform X has made a new decision and changed the appearance of shared content with links. Now only the photo will appear instead of the link.

Social media platform Elon Musk, the owner of the site, stated in his previous posts that they thought this update would look better.

X users will be able to access the link by clicking on the photo in the shared post; However, some users state that they have difficulty understanding whether these images contain links or not.

Removing the title and description view in links shared on X has been on the agenda since August. Elon Musk quoted the Forbes article and said, “This is directly my opinion. He shared his thoughts as follows: "It will carry the site forward aesthetically."
