8. Archibald Featherington (Ben Miller)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2020Do we love to watch Archibald Featherington? Yes. Is he a good person? Well… not quite. Played by veteran actor Ben Miller, the patriarch of the Featherington family knows how to rock sideburns and tailcoats, but alas, his taste for gambling led to his downfall and brought shame on his family.
7. Will Mondrich (Martins Imhangbe)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2021There’s just something about a man who knows how to box! Will Mondrich is a working-class character who finds success as a boxing entrepreneur. He’s fiercely ambitious, and was based on a real-life Black boxer, Bill Richmond.Actor Martins Imhangbe has praised his character for having a “big heart” that’s “full of charm, integrity and optimism.” Will may face his share of struggles, but he doesn’t let them get him down.
6. Jack Featherington (Rupert Young)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2022That’s Lord Jack Featherington to you! In season two, Jack, one of Archibald Featherington’s distant cousins, came into the picture to assume power following the older Featherington’s death. But can the tall, dashing character be trusted? As actor Rupert Young describes it, “he’s very charming but… there is a dark side to him.”
5. Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2022The second son in the Bridgerton family, Benedict has a creative soul, and his bohemian sensibility sets him apart from the rest of his large, privileged clan. Actor Luke Thompson has called Benedict “a bit of a question mark,” and this mysterious quality only serves to make him more attractive.
4. Theo Sharpe (Calam Lynch)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2022Unlike many of Bridgerton‘s characters, Theo Sharpe isn’t wealthy, but what he lacks in money he makes up for in intelligence and idealism. Working as a printer’s assistant who helps put together the Society Papers, Theo has a unique perspective on the privileged world of the show. Actor Calam Lynch has said, “As much as I love watching the fancy dress and the balls, and I am sad I don’t get to be a part of those scenes… I was excited to be on the outside, to make my mark in a different way.”
3. Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2023The third Bridgerton son, Colin is sweet, if a bit naive, in the show’s first season, but gradually comes into his own. Played by Luke Newton, Colin has a winning sense of humor (always a sexy trait!) and maintains a strong sense of loyalty in a world plagued by superficial social climbing. Lucky for us, his storyline is the anticipated focus of the third season.
2. Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey)

The eldest Bridgerton son, Anthony, is given the monumental responsibility of taking on power in his family following his father’s death. Played by Jonathan Bailey, Anthony starts out as a ladies’ man who projects confidence, but he inwardly struggles with his role in the Bridgerton family. As the show continues, he becomes more able to embrace his emotional side. Anthony’s slow burn, enemies-to-lovers relationship with Kate Sharma (the gorgeous Simone Ashley) is an undeniable highlight of season two.
1. Simon Basset (Regé-Jean Page)
Liam Daniel/Netflix © 2020Simon Basset may have only appeared in season one, but he’s seriously swoon-worthy, which lands him at the top of our Bridgerton men list — for now. As the Duke of Hastings, Simon is worldly and independent. An eligible bachelor, he makes a pact with the elegant debutante Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) to have a fake relationship, which soon enough leads to real feelings (to be fair, who wouldn’t fall for him?).Actor Regé-Jean Page has called Simon “the outsider, free-thinking, rebel, bad boy” of Bridgerton, and while we wish his smoldering presence would return to the show, we’ll always have the spoon-licking scene! We can’t wait to see what Bridgerton season three has in store for all of our Regency Era crushes! We’re sure there will be no shortage of delicious drama and fabulous romance. Maybe our rankings will even change.Read more about our Netflix favorites here!
