In 2020, one of the coolest pieces of retro gaming history got new life: Nintendo's Game & Watch. Nintendo started with Super Mario Bros. and the Legend of Zelda followed in 2021. These limited editions have been discontinued for years at this point, but it's still possible to come across a sealed unit for retail price or less. You can pick up both editions at Walmart right now, and either would make a great nostalgic gift this holiday.Super Mario Bros. Game & Watch is actually selling for less than its $50 list price. You can get the European edition for $40 or the North American edition for $44. The region doesn't really matter. The only noticeable difference is the rating logo (ESRB or PEGI) on the box. The Zelda edition (US) is available for $49. It's not really a discount, but these days it's often priced slightly higher than retail.
