He was the father of two girls, with a third on the way, and is survived by his wife, Brenda.“Brenda, the girls, his family and friends meant the world to him and his loss will be felt among the communities that he was apart of and grew up in,” Hathaway wrote.The fundraiser has so far brought in more than $142,000 for Hathaway’s family.Brewer-Ross, 40, was the father of a 2-year-old and had recently proposed to her mother, Rachel, according to Maine’s Bangor Daily News.He graduated from the Maine Maritime Academy and was in the pipefitters union, having graduated from a “rigorous” apprenticeship program in 2022, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers said in a statement, adding, “His love of cornhole, wrestling, and comic book heroes made him a colorful character to be around.”Deslauriers, 51, was killed alongside his “dearest friend” Jason Walker while bowling with their wives and children, his father Michael Deslauriers Sr. said in a Facebook post on the Sabattus Historical Society page that he runs.Walker volunteered with the group, as well. “They made sure their wives and several young children were under cover then they charged the shooter,” he wrote.Walker, 57, was bowling with Deslauriers and their families.“Jason did some amazing work, with Mike’s dad for the Sabattus Historical Society by capturing the personal stories of senior citizens in our community,” the society wrote in another post. “He freely volunteered his time and expertise to our society to capture the history of our town.”Violette, 73, the wife of victim Bob Violette, was also identified as one of the victims in the rampage, according to authorities.Her husband was teaching a youth bowling league when the shooting broke out. The two bowled every week, like “clockwork,” according to Connecticut Public Radio.The pair are survived by three kids and six grandchildren.Macneir, 64, was killed in the shooting at Just-In-Time recreation. He was previously a resident of St. John island in the Caribbean, according to a report, and remebered as a “kind soul and a great friend to many.”
